At my grand daughter's school, a yearly celebration is the United Nations. Students and their parents are on the hunt for the best dress to use for the said once a year event. This year, I too as the lola (grand mother) is on the lookout for custom costume makers to make a UN costume for my favorite and one and only grand daughter, Janne Therese.

With Piolo Pascual taking a break for so long, his new soap with Cristine Reyes, the sister of Ara Mina is on a blast. My neighbors simply love the different twists being developed in the tv series and that is the reason why even if the soap schedule is way beyond my primetime as well as my neighbor's primetime viewing pleasure comfort zone, we still find a way to watch the episodes.

All excited as I watch and take a look at last nights game 3 for the finals of the PBA game. As assumed, Talk N Text prevailed with a high margin enough to take down Powerade and defeat them to a 3-0 statistics in the PBA finals game 3. Castro and Jimmy Alapag with the big help of co-athlete of the game that night, Ranidel de Ocampo.
Last night indeed was a heart-pounding game over all but still the giants had the game controlled and won in the end. Cardiac, simply because finals game went in keeping with an overtime basketball skills competition for another 5 minutes with the key steal and take by Casio, the point guard of Tigers.

Last 2 days for 100 Days To Heaven teleserye
Time is almost up for madam Ana Manalastas as 100 Days To Heaven teleserye is on its way to end with only 2 days more remaining in the said program by ABS-CBN. The soap is said to end tomorrow November 18, 2011.
In tonight's episode, we all saw that Madam Ana was already taken by Tagasundo and she was brought to hell. Find out what will happen next tomorrow as the cast bid goodbye but promise an explosive ending just like other Kapamilya teleseryes that have previously been ended with a smashing blow to the mind.
I am a fan as well as my family and we watch the program on a regular basis but tonight is the night we know that tomorrow will be the last episode we are going to see of 100 Days To Heaven so I will make sure to watch and blog about it. DepEd Classes Advisory Typhoon Pedring: September 28, 2011 UST Cancels classes
Apart from the DepEd cancelling classes all over Metro Manila from pre-school to high school, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) via my daughter who studies there said to me that classes have already been suspended by the administration of the school. This was also announced by higer years studying in the university via Facebook.
It's a good thing though that aside from we don't have to call the school, it is sometimes easier that we get to know earlier whether the university is cancelling classes due to typhoon. I asked my daughter though the higher years know if classes are suspended, she said she didn't know and that maybe the higher years are texting and making contact with school authorities to know whether classes are already suspended or not yet.
Well, however which way they know it doesn't matter. It's that, what they say is, good to say, reliable.

It was announced in the news today in TV Patrol night edition that there are no classes for pre-school, elementary and high school students all over Metro Manila as well as for University of Sto. Tomas and PCU or Philippine Christian University.

Been to Best of Anime 2011 in MOA SMX Convention Center
There so many Skura type of generic cosplay costumes but what I enjoyed the most with my hubby is seeing a favorite of my son, Cloud Strife character. My daughter with her college friend back in UST college of engineering enjoyed taking pictures here and there. I think his name is Jay as far as I can remember.
After the short event (we did not finish) as we never even went in, we dined in Taste Asia seafood and Japanese restaurant combination (my opinion only). We took the 2 orders of their meal package which by the way was really nice composed of sinigang na ulo ng pink salmon, crispy pata, chopsuey, grilled liempo and has a buko pandan desert.
We'll be attending the next consortium which is dubbed as Alodia's Fanstasy soon. I hope we could get a costume done in time so we could register to attend there.

With 2 punches, Mayweather wins the match with Victor Ortiz. This is by virtue of 2 solid punches to the face and the chin of Ortiz. While the knocked down champ is on his reconciliation and his hands busy with trying to cover up with his fault to incur a headbutt, Mayweather punched him on the face and made Ortiz suffer.

The Money wins by boxing rules while he lost the sportsmanship trust that a sportsmand ought to earn with a fight or any fight that he will be in to. I am totally in disgrace of the win of the now new champ and I just hope he gets punched and pounded by Manny Pacquiao if he decides to fight him with his chicken attitude trying to make up reasons.
