Watching Shop TV with the Handy Shaker Review and Price feature

Handy shaker, perhaps one of the best kitchen aids I have ever seen so far. Why, well in a handy shaker review I saw out of the Shop TV feature today in Sky Cable, I can't believe that such a small gadget could actually offer you so many uses both for refreshment, cooking, sauces and belive me, even making a simple smoothie and ice cream for dessert.

Compared to other gadgets featured in other home TV shopping advertisements, this one is different. First off, the light weight feature will help you not just save time, effort and money but also easy to use and handle when using it. Other weigh as much as 1 kilo which is too heavy to handle, the hand shaker literally just weighs .600 or so grams with its small heavy duty motor and diamond blades.

Matteo Guidicelli finally speak in The Buzz episode September 11, 2011

September 11, 2011 episode of The Buzz showbiz talk fetured yesterday a video interview exclusive with Matteo Guidicelli regarding an incident of punching that happened in the last Star Magic Ball 2011 with actor, Coco Martin. Although many have speculated that the incident is due to jealousy with showbiz girlfriend, Maja Salvador, the latter did confirm from another previous episode in The Buzz that indeed, she was the reason for the fight of the two actors of Kapamilya network.

If you were not able to watch the replay video, I have found a copy below that I was able to embed for you to watch here.

What's the title of the theme song of Bart and Sophia in 100 Days To Heaven

Since I posted the official title of the theme song of Bart and Sophia in 100 Days To Heaven, a lot of mails came in to my Yahoo. They were asking me about the title when it is already mentioned in my post here. And for those who still wants to send me a note. I'd love that but here it is so you won't need to.

The title of the song is Bihag and it was sung by Bryan Termulo. In the link I have provided above, I also provided an unofficial music video I took from YouTube.Com and uploaded it there for the sake of those who wants to watch it. On the other hand, if you liked my post, you might want to consider subscribing to me. It's worth it as I will be sending you in your email all update posted here at the DIY Mom blog. Promise you won't regret subscribing and learning a thing or two from me and for those housewives who also don't have time to check everything going on in the local showbiz industry in the Philippines.

Enjoying Asian Food Channel Recipes with our newly installed cable tv by Sky Cable

It's just been a couple of days since my husband had it installed, our new cable tv channel service from Sky Cable. He knows I enjoy so much cooking at home for the kids on week end and so he made sure that I wll have as one of the channels, the AFC channel of Asian Food Channel. 2 days and I already had so much fun finding great astounding recipes to cook at home. Asian food is truly one of the best especially Pinoy food recipes like those found in Quickfire by Rosebud Benitez, a local show here in the Philippines for the 10-minute cooking wonder by the chef mom. I follow her program but sad to say, the official website found in Multiply is already down so I had to resort to an alternative that features Quickfire recipes cooking.

Anyway, getting back with AFC, I was really in high hopes to see more adventures of Ho Chak. I love the way they present that show and also love the iron chef competition. Other programs I watch in our newly installed cable tv are Lifestyle channel and also love Total Restaurant Makeover. The design and how they do it for such a short time is exciting and end results, very rewarding for the lucky chosen restaurant owners. I wonder how they choose which restaurants to do the total makeover or how much the owners have to spend to have their restos done with by some of the best designers in the business? Just a thought though.

Well, I'll be featuring here some more of the best programs from Sky Cable but for now, we just subscribed to I guess more than 20 channels first. I'll try to make a review or two of the nice programs I like. To see more recipes fron Asia, just visit Asian Food Channel/ Recipes or go to asianfoodchannel.com/recipes.

Kabuhayang Swak na Swak and Franchising in the Philippines

The franchising business in the Philippines has grown significantly and one proof to this is when you go to the different malls all over Metro Manila, you can clearly see that small stores abound in the centers as well as from where you can find a small space with which to put up stalls. There, you will see small businesses selling either food, souvenirs (shops) and stuff used for personal and educational purposes.

Another indication that the franchising business in the country has significantly grown is the popularity of a certain program being shown in ABS-CBN, one of the largest networks in the Philippines today. That program is called Kabuayang Swak na Swak and I must admit, being a full time housewife, I never failed to watch their weekly episodes so as to learn a thing or two about business. Who knows, I might just get in to franchising one day and decide to put up my own store.

In fact, right this very moment as I write I just finished watching a segment of the said program and being a lover of cooking, I like particularly the feature where it showed televiewers how beneficial it is to put up a small puto or bibingka store. They showed today a video featuring Rosario, Cavite where the said 2 delicacies are profitable for some small business owners.

Well, with puto and bibingka, you don't really need to put up a franchise, anybody can do it as long as you have the passion for cooking and perfecting your recipe to make these 2 lovely colored and delicious food.

Anyway, getting back at franchising business, if you are one who is looking for juicy information regarding this or such like foodcart franchising, you can always turn to Kabuhayang Swak na Swak. Watch their weekly episodes like me and I'm pretty sure you will learn a thing or two giving you tips on where to best invest for a small business franchise that fits you and your likes in life or passion. For foodcart franchising, you can try the Filipino Dream franchise and there you will see countless options and packages to choose from. They also offer assistance. I've also read some of their offers and for their anniversary promo, you can check them out at filipinodream.com.
