100 Days To Heaven's heavenly ending

Yes, 100 Days To Heaven teleserye already ended last week, Friday, November 18, 2011. Coney Reyes, a.k.a. Ana Manalastas definitely did not come down to hell. She actually made it to heaven and the last episode was a great end for many fans of the soap by ABS-CBN.

Time is almost up for madam Ana Manalastas as 100 Days To Heaven teleserye is on its way to end with only 2 days more remaining in the said program by ABS-CBN. The soap is said to end tomorrow November 18, 2011.

In tonight's episode, we all saw that Madam Ana was already taken by Tagasundo and she was brought to hell. Find out what will happen next tomorrow as the cast bid goodbye but promise an explosive ending just like other Kapamilya teleseryes that have previously been ended with a smashing blow to the mind.

I am a fan as well as my family and we watch the program on a regular basis but tonight is the night we know that tomorrow will be the last episode we are going to see of 100 Days To Heaven so I will make sure to watch and blog about it. I wonder what will happen to Sophia now that she has learned to forgive and forget whatever misgivings her true and real mom, Ana Manalastas has done to her.

DepEd Classes Advisory Typhoon Pedring: September 28, 2011 UST Cancels classes

Apart from the DepEd cancelling classes all over Metro Manila from pre-school to high school, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) via my daughter who studies there said to me that classes have already been suspended by the administration of the school. This was also announced by higer years studying in the university via Facebook.

It's a good thing though that aside from we don't have to call the school, it is sometimes easier that we get to know earlier whether the university is cancelling classes due to typhoon. I asked my daughter though the higher years know if classes are suspended, she said she didn't know and that maybe the higher years are texting and making contact with school authorities to know whether classes are already suspended or not yet.

Well, however which way they know it doesn't matter. It's that, what they say is, good to say, reliable.

PBB Season 4 and search for new Pinoy Big Brother housemates

Although the full list of Pinoy Big Brother Season 4 housemates have already been drafted and as heard from the local news over at ABS-CBN channel 2, auditions have puked out a list of possible additional housemates from the recent trip to the U.S. of the different Kapamilya stars, all are excited to see the new list of housemates of Kuya (Big Brother).

Typhoon Pedring Update: No classes September 27

It was announced in the news today in TV Patrol night edition that there are no classes for pre-school, elementary and high school students all over Metro Manila as well as for University of Sto. Tomas and PCU or Philippine Christian University.

This update is due to typhoon Pedring still in the Philippine area of responsibility. Been to Best of Anime 2011 in MOA SMX Convention Center

(photo credits to animeallianceph) Last week was a blast for me and my daughter as we went to the MOA SMX Convention Center as Best of Anime 2011 happens September 14-18, 2011. The cosplay event that was probable one of the biggest conventions this year. Cosplayers were abound and we had a few pictures taken with the exciting costume owners and cosplay characters.

There so many Skura type of generic cosplay costumes but what I enjoyed the most with my hubby is seeing a favorite of my son, Cloud Strife character. My daughter with her college friend back in UST college of engineering enjoyed taking pictures here and there. I think his name is Jay as far as I can remember.



After the short event (we did not finish) as we never even went in, we dined in Taste Asia seafood and Japanese restaurant combination (my opinion only). We took the 2 orders of their meal package which by the way was really nice composed of sinigang na ulo ng pink salmon, crispy pata, chopsuey, grilled liempo and has a buko pandan desert.



We'll be attending the next consortium which is dubbed as Alodia's Fanstasy soon. I hope we could get a costume done in time so we could register to attend there.

September 11, 2011 episode of The Buzz showbiz talk fetured yesterday a video interview exclusive with Matteo Guidicelli regarding an incident of punching that happened in the last Star Magic Ball 2011 with actor, Coco Martin. Although many have speculated that the incident is due to jealousy with showbiz girlfriend, Maja Salvador, the latter did confirm from another previous episode in The Buzz that indeed, she was the reason for the fight of the two actors of Kapamilya network.

Enjoying Asian Food Channel Recipes with our newly installed cable tv by Sky Cable

It's just been a couple of days since my husband had it installed, our new cable tv channel service from Sky Cable. He knows I enjoy so much cooking at home for the kids on week end and so he made sure that I wll have as one of the channels, the AFC channel of Asian Food Channel. 2 days and I already had so much fun finding great astounding recipes to cook at home. Asian food is truly one of the best especially Pinoy food recipes like those found in Quickfire by Rosebud Benitez, a local show here in the Philippines for the 10-minute cooking wonder by the chef mom. I follow her program but sad to say, the official website found in Multiply is already down so I had to resort to an alternative that features Quickfire recipes cooking.

Anyway, getting back with AFC, I was really in high hopes to see more adventures of Ho Chak. I love the way they present that show and also love the iron chef competition. Other programs I watch in our newly installed cable tv are Lifestyle channel and also love Total Restaurant Makeover. The design and how they do it for such a short time is exciting and end results, very rewarding for the lucky chosen restaurant owners. I wonder how they choose which restaurants to do the total makeover or how much the owners have to spend to have their restos done with by some of the best designers in the business? Just a thought though.

Well, I'll be featuring here some more of the best programs from Sky Cable but for now, we just subscribed to I guess more than 20 channels first. The franchising business in the Philippines has grown significantly and one proof to this is when you go to the different malls all over Metro Manila, you can clearly see that small stores abound in the centers as well as from where you can find a small space with which to put up stalls. Pinoys are all excited to see Juan Manuel Marques arrive at the airport with his stint to promote the upcoming scheduled November 2011 fight with the Pinoy champion, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

According to the local news station in the Philippines, ABS-CBN TV Patrol, Marquez after arriving to the Philippines will fly back to the U.S. with Pacquiao to do the promotion. Before this, JuanMa did a jogging spree for 45 minutes at the Quirino Grandstand tracks.
